Registration

Registration Process:

Tournament registration is available online HERE. Payment is required within 48 hours of registering to complete the process.
Teams that do not submit payment within this timeframe will not be considered for final selection.
Note: Payment does not guarantee acceptance.
Tournament registration is open until April 14. All teams will be waitlisted and notified of their status by end of day April 17, with accepted teams to receive a pre-tournament information package.
Teams not accepted will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Refunds:

For teams requesting a refund, payments will be managed as follows:

• Refunds will be available until April 3 with a $25 fee retained
• April 4 to April 13 teams will be provided a 50% refund
• Any requests after April 13 will not be provided a refund

Please check out this short tutorial on how to add Players and Coaches to your Roster:
EVENT CONNECT TUTORIAL

If you are having issues ensure your template has this correct formatting

• No extra lines between names or header
• Mobile Country = Can (No brackets)
• Phone Number = Example (306) 222-0099 
• Role Id = 4 for players • 2 for Coach • 3 for Team Manager (NOTE: if you have already added coaches or managers to the system do not have them in the template again)
• Date of Birth - Ensure the format is year-day-month (if you right click on the column and format the cell you can choose this format)
