Indoor Programs

Lakewood U7 Development Program

The focus for the U7 program will be player development sessions. There will be 2 training sessions per week over most weeks of the indoor season. Training will be conducted mostly on hard surfaces in school gyms and will be conducted by Lakewood technical staff.
