Indoor Programs

Lakewood U7 Program

The focus for the U7 program will be the training sessions and player development. There will be 2 training sessions per week over most weeks of the indoor season. Training will be conducted mostly on hard surfaces in school gyms or equivalent. Training sessions will be conducted by Lakewood technical personnel. The training sessions will serve a dual purpose: training for the players and mentoring the team coach.

The indoor season will have 15 games played 4v4 with 10 games at the Saskatoon Kinsmen Henk Ruys Soccer Centre (hard court) and 5 games at the SaskTel Sports Centre (turf). The games will be led by the team coach. There will be no referees for the games so games will be organized by the coaches for the 2 teams. No game records are kept.
