Lakewood Programs - Outdoor 2022


LAKEWOOD PROGRAMS FOR OUTDOOR 2022

There will be no vaccination requirement for players for the outdoor 2022 season.

Lakewood is offering full programming for all ages this spring (U7 to U19).

Outdoor registration for both Alliance and City League packages is now closed. We have room for players in some age groups. Contact Kara at registration@lakewoodsoccer.com if you want to register.

  • Step 1: On the Lakewood Soccer RAMP portal create an account or log in using your account information.
  • Step 2: Select “Available Participant Packages”.
  • Step 3: Choose your age group based on the birth year of your player.
  • Step 4: Choose Uniform Package (if you don't have a uniform or need a new one).
  • Step 5: The Volunteer Bond Package is now mandatory. Team personnel will be given a Promo Code after you are confirmed as a coach or manager.

  • Lakewood PSL 2022 - U13 Boys and U13 Girls
  • Saskatoon Alliance PSL 2022 - U15 and U17 Boys and Girls
  • Lakewood Summer Soccer Camps - TBD in August 2022

Program Descriptions:

LAKEWOOD Mini Program - U7 Boys and Girls Development - players born 2015 and 2016

    • Cost for playing U7D Lakewood Soccer this spring will be $200.
    • U7D will play 8 league games (plus the mini-SISCO tournament) from early May until the end of June.
    • U7D will play 4v4 games with 8 to 9 players per team.
    • Game nights for U7D will be Boys on Monday and Girls on Tuesday.
    • U7D will have one weekly team training session - Boys on Wednesday, Girls on Thursday.
    • U7D will have one weekly Skill Centre session on Saturday, both Boys and Girls.
    • Training is focused on individual player development and creating a fun environment for learning soccer.
    • Training will be run by Lakewood Technical Staff with help from the Team coaches.
    • All Training will be held at Sid Buckwold Field. 

LAKEWOOD Mini Program - U9 Boys and Girls Development - players born 2013 and 2014

    • Cost for playing U9D Lakewood Soccer this spring will be $225.
    • U9D will play 8 league games (plus the mini-SISCO tournament) from early May until the end of June.
    • U9D will play 5v5 games with 9 to 10 players per team.
    • Game nights for U9D will be Boys on Wednesday and Girls on Thursday.
    • U9D will have one weekly team training session - Boys on Monday, Girls on Tuesday.
    • U9D will have one weekly Skill Centre session on Saturday, both Boys and Girls.
    • Training is focused on individual player development and creating a fun environment for learning soccer.
    • Training will be run by Lakewood Technical Staff with help from the Team coaches.
    • All Training will be held at Sid Buckwold Field. 

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U11 Boys and Girls - players born 2011 to 2012 - Alliance League

    • Cost for playing U11 Alliance League will be $325.
    • U11 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
    • U11 will play 7v7 games on an approximate ¼ field format. There will be 10 to 12 players per team.
    • U11 teams will be divided and entered in either Alliance A or Alliance B (dependent on level of skill).
    • U11 Boys on Alliance A will play games on Monday and Alliance B on Tuesday.
    • U11 Girls on Alliance A will play games on Thursday and Alliance B on Wednesday.
    • U11 Boys on Alliance A will have team training on Wednesday and Alliance B on Thursday.
    • U11 Girls on Alliance A will have team training on Tuesday and Alliance B on Monday.
    • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
    • Training at U11 continues to be focused on player development and enjoyment of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U11 Boys and Girls - players born 2011 to 2012 - City League

    • Cost for playing U11 City League will be $275.
    • U11 will play 8 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
    • U11 will play 7v7 games on an approximate ¼ field format. There will be 10 to 12 players per team.
    • U11 City League games will be Friday for boys and girls.
    • There will be no team practices for the City League teams.
    • There is a possibility of one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
    • The U11 City League is focused on enjoyment of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U13 Boys and Girls - players born 2009 to 2010 - Alliance League

    • Cost for playing U13 Alliance League will be $375.
    • U13 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
    • U13 will play 9v9 soccer on approximate ½ field format. There will be 12 to 14 players per team.
    • U13 teams will be divided and entered in either Alliance A or Alliance B (dependent on level of skill).
    • U13 Boys on Alliance A will play games on Wednesday and Alliance B on Thursday.

    • Cost for playing U13 City League will be $325.
    • U13 will play 8 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
    • U13 will play 9v9 games on an approximate½ field format. There will be 12 to 14 players per team
    • U13 City League games will be Friday for boys and girls.

    • Cost for playing U17 Alliance League will be $375.
    • U17 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
    • U17 will play 11v11 soccer on approximate full field format. There will be 14 to 16 players per team.
    • There will only be one division for the Alliance League.
    • U17 Boys will play games on Wednesday.
    • U17 Girls will play games on Tuesday.
    • U17 Boys will have team training on Monday.
    • U17 Girls will have team training on Thursday.
    • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
    • Training at U17 will focus on developing the more competitive side of the game.

LAKEWOOD Youth Program - U19 Boys and Girls - players born 2003 to 2004 - Alliance League

    • Cost for playing U19 Alliance League will be $375.
    • U19 will play 10 games in the season which runs from late April until the end of June.
    • U19 will play 11v11 soccer on approximate full field format. There will be 14 to 16 players per team.
    • There will only be one division for the Alliance League.
    • U19 Boys will play games on Wednesday.
    • U19 Girls will play games on Tuesday.
    • U19 Boys will have team training on Monday.
    • U19 Girls will have team training on Thursday.
    • There will be one Skill Centre training session on Saturday or Sunday for boys and girls.
    • Training at U19 will focus on developing the more competitive side of the game. 

LAKEWOOD Soccer School (LSS) - Small Group Personalized Training

    • Cost for the LSS will be $100.
    • Limited to 12 girls and 12 boys.
    • The LSS will take on a different format this spring. The focus will be more personal and individual training in a small group format with a highly qualified member of the technical team.
    • Open to all U11 and U13 players (U15 upon request).
    • 10 sessions will be offered twice per week for a total of 5 weeks. Starting May 2nd.
    • Training weeks will be weeks of May 02, May 09, May 16, May 30 and June 06.
    • Training time will be 4:00PM to 5:00PM.
    • Girls will be Monday and Wednesday with coach Ally.
    • Boys will be Tuesday and Thursday with coach Cedric.
    • This is a program offering in addition to regular program registration.

LAKEWOOD Performance Program (LPP)

    • Cost for the LPP will be $75.
    • The LPP will continue to focus on developing the individual player in a TEAM environment. Players playing in the U11 Alliance A division will be invited to the LPP.
    • The LPP is an extra development opportunity in a more intense driven environment in line with the goal of developing great players and great teams.
    • To provide a unique opportunity for our players to experience intense and high level of soccer instruction from the Technical Staff.
    • Proper player development is a long-term project which produces incredible results. The program will deliver continuity of training, fitness, skills and mental preparation as bonuses to actual technical and tactical development.
    • 6 Sessions will be offered weekly on Fridays starting May 6.
    • Training days will be May 6, May 27, June 3, June 10, June 17
    • Training time will be 4:30PM to 6:00PM.
    • This is a program offering in addition to regular program registration

LAKEWOOD Provincial Soccer League (PSL) for U13

    • Cost for the PSL will be determined based on the number of teams and the number of games.
    • Lakewood will be offering one U13 girls and one U13 boys PSL team.
    • PSL players will be expected to also play in the U13 Alliance League.
    • The PSL training day will be Friday starting May 6th.
    • The PSL season will run from mid-May until mid-July.
    • The actual season start and end dates as well as the number of games will depend on how many teams register from across the province.
    • There is a possibility of games in Regina, Yorkton or Prince Albert.

Saskatoon Alliance Provincial Soccer League (PSL) for U15 and U17 - this program is offered and organized by SYSI.
